After the pandemic, shifts in my own life and leadership prompted a sabbatical and business realignment.

It’s true—the “Shift Queen” herself experienced divorce, downsizing, and disruption. And honestly, that’s part of what keeps me relevant. I don’t coach, facilitate or consult from a theoretical place. I’ve applied the Make Shift Happen methodology to my own life and business and lived to teach about it!

Now, I serve the world with a new name, but my purpose—and its impact—remain the same.

Most of my work comes through word of mouth.
Because what I do doesn’t always fall under the usual categories of mission-centered consulting: strategic planning, fund development and annual board training  or even traditional life or leadership coaching.

Those are important.

And in many cases, they’re necessary.

Oh Hi! I’m Marissa Q. Coleman Moore, trusted leadership advisor, organizational shift strategist and founder of Make Shift Happen® International.
